Perfect for small sized animals

The ventilation is spot-on, keeping our hamster's home fresh and comfortable. It's dead easy to clean too, thanks to those well-thought-out doors on top and sides. My daughter can reach in without any fuss when it's time for her daily pet care routine.Our hamster seems quite chuffed with the exercise wheel and climbing bits - proper little athlete, that one! Though I reckon it's worth mentioning that whilst it's a decent starter home, particularly if you're tight on space in your flat, it might be a tad snug for a fully grown hamster in the long run.I'd say it's absolutely perfect for families just dipping their toes into pet ownership. My little one is learning loads about responsibility, and the cage's manageable size means she can handle the cleaning duties without getting overwhelmed. Just bear in mind you might want to consider upgrading to something roomier as your hamster grows.

We've been using this for about 2 weeks now and it's spot on for a Syrian hamster. It's not overly big but provides enough space for use as a transit and temporary home. I feel that long term it's not going to be big enough for a fully grown Syrian hamster but is a very good starter kit for a child.

Fantastic starter cage for young Gerbils. We got this to test and review but also realised this is fabulous for vet travel as it’s not too big to go on transport with either. It’s a good price for something that so far has been escape proof.Good value for money and it’s made to an excellent quality.
